Katie is growing too fast for me. It makes me sad, I wish I could freeze her at this age for just a little longer.
For Valentines day we tried a new dessert. I baked brownies in my heart pans, then put a layer of starlight mint ice cream between the 2 brownie layers. I spread cool whip over the who thing, it was pretty good if I say so myself.
